Dr. Simpson obtained his BSc degree at the St. Andrews University,
Scotland. In 1972 he graduated from the Manchester University in
England with a MB ChB degree. He attended the University of British
Columbia (UBC) from 1975 to 1978 where he obtained his FRCSC.
