Cosmetic Procedures

Patients have turned to us for cosmetic surgery since 2004, to rejuvenate their bodies and improve their confidence. Your preferred plastic surgeon may have privileges here at Prince George Surgery Centre, which means you can schedule your surgery with us, and enjoy the benefits of our comfortable and inviting facility. We also maintain an excellent in-house consultation and surgery program, through a partnership with a highly respected cosmetic surgery specialist from Vancouver. Please call us for more details.

Orthopedic Procedures

Common orthopedic injuries be very uncomfortable and disruptive to your daily life and ability to work. Orthopedic surgeries referred to our team are covered through Northern Health, WorkSafeBC, ICBC, and RCMP insurance plans. Some of these sponsors are permitted by the government to expedite the care through Prince George Surgery Centre. We are pleased to offer this first-rate care in a timely manner!

Cataract Surgery

Prince George Surgery Centre maintains a dedicated ophthalmological operating room for our cataract surgery patients. We worked in conjunction with Northern Health and our ocular surgeons to create an efficient and coordinated approach to fulfil the high demand for cataract surgery services. Patients now come from our region and beyond to undergo this day procedure which offers standard and optional advanced lenses to restore vision with precision and accuracy.

Minor Procedures under Local Anesthetic

Not all surgeries and procedures at Prince George Surgery Centre require general anaesthetic. Minor cosmetic procedures such as mole and lesion removal as well as earlobe repair from piercings can be simple and quick outpatient procedures. These are performed under local anesthetic by a qualified plastic surgeon.
